Order Process

Order Process  

Orders received before 12:00PM EST are processed the same business day. All orders received after 12:00PM EST are processed the following business day. Once the order is processed and the inventory is confirmed, we send you an e-mail or call letting you know the stock was available. We will also advise you of any backorders if they apply. You should usually receive this inventory notification within 2 days from the day you place the order.

Once we have a confirmation that the material is in stock, we have the appropriate freight carrier pick up the order and ship it to you. 24 hours after the order ships, we receive freight details on the order which we forward to you. These freight details consist of a PRO and/or "tracking" number, and the phone number of the terminal where the order will be sent prior to being sent out to your home or business. You can call the freight carrier yourself at anytime.

The average shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the day the order ships. In addition to us sending you the freight details, the trucking company should contact you a few days prior to making the delivery. Make sure at this time you will have many strong bodies to assist in unloading your flooring. This insures that the delivery will not show up without you expecting it. If you chose a terminal pick-up, they will call you and let you know that the order is in for you to pick up.
